  • WP1: Coordination - Management
    • This WP is led by CNR-ITAE; it includes effective coordination, organization of technical meetings, web-site, reporting
  • WP2: Specification, Protocols & Testing
    • This WP is led by FUMA-TECH. The objective is to define characterisation and test protocols including accelerated tests for membranes, catalysts, MEAs and short-stacks.
  • WP3: Innovative Membranes
    • This WP is led by CNRS. It essentially concerns with the development of innovative membrane (high temperature and low temperature) for different DMFC applications.
  • WP4: Enhanced Durability Electro-Catalysts
    • This WP is led by CNR-ITAE. The objectives concern with stabilization of state of the art catalysts by dispersion on oxide supports and using core-shell structures as well as development of cost-effective electrocatalysts.
  • WP5: Validation of Membranes and Catalysts in MEAs
    • This WP is led by IRD. Its focus is on the development of MEAs, evaluation of their performance and durability over a range of temperatures for the different applications.
  • WP6: Stack Development and Testing
    • This WP is led by CRF. It deals with the assessment of DMFC materials under practical conditions. Two approaches will be pursued: high temperature APU applications and low temperature portable uses.
  • WP7: Dissemination, Outreach, Exploitation
    • This WP is led by PXO. It includes project dissemination through a dedicated website, information sharing via the internal work space, presentations at conferences and meetings, education actions, as well as exploitation and use of the project results, activities that will be addressed by the industrial partners.
